the longer story
Not a resume. Not a bio. A connection.

I’m not going to pretend I have this figured out.

That’s sort of the whole point. Creating Connections isn’t advice from the summit — it’s notes from a few steps up the same trail.

the day I decided to start

It started with a question I couldn’t shake: I did everything I set out to do — so why do I feel this stuck?

[Placeholder — her real story goes here: what she built, the season it started running her instead, and the first honest conversation that changed it.]

So I did the only thing that ever works on a question like that. I started asking it out loud — to friends, then strangers, then a microphone. Creating Connections is what grew out of those conversations: a podcast, a monthly room, and a growing community of people who build things and are done pretending it’s all fine.

I believe most people aren’t looking for answers. They’re looking for one person who takes their restlessness seriously. I can be that person for half an hour. Sometimes that’s all it takes.

In the interest of honesty

Things that are true about me.

I’ve cried in at least three of the episodes. I left it in.

I’m better at asking questions than answering them. Ask my husband.

I built this because I needed it. Everyone else is welcome.
